These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Planet4D ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at planet4d.cam ("Platform", "Website").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Planet4D platform — including its casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, promotions, or customer support services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

To register and maintain an Account on the Planet4D Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are registering for yourself as an individual, and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of Planet4D, or an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by Planet4D for a breach of these Terms;
• You are acting in your personal capacity and not for any commercial purpose relating to the resale or exploitation of gambling services;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

To create an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and email address. You undertake to maintain and update this information to ensure its accuracy at all times.

Planet4D operates a mandatory KYC verification programme. Prior to processing any withdrawal request — and at any time Planet4D deems it necessary — you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent);
• Proof of payment method ownership (front-of-card photograph with middle digits obscured, or e-wallet screenshot);
• Source of funds documentation where Planet4D's compliance team deems it appropriate.

Planet4D will process KYC submissions promptly, typically within 30 minutes during standard operating hours. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or the provision of false or misleading documentation, will result in Account suspension and may be referred to the relevant authorities.

Planet4D accepts deposits denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, RHB Online, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT.

The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. Planet4D does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction fees independent of Planet4D's control.

• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation from the payment processor. In the event of a delay, you should contact our 24/7 support team.
• Planet4D reserves the right to request verification of any deposit transaction and to delay crediting pending such verification.
• Deposited funds do not accrue interest.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible. Planet4D targets the following indicative processing times: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX transfers within 5–15 minutes; direct bank transfers within 15–60 minutes. These are operational targets and not contractual guarantees.

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be satisfied prior to withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Maximum daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your Account dashboard.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts held in your own name. Planet4D does not make payments to third-party accounts.
• Planet4D reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times in individual cases.
• In the event of suspected fraud or a pending dispute, Planet4D may place a hold on withdrawal requests pending investigation.

Planet4D offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

• Bonuses are credited to your Account in the form of Bonus Funds and are distinct from Real Money deposits.
• Wagering requirements must be met before Bonus Funds or any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period, typically 7–30 days from issuance.
• Planet4D will specify the eligible games and the contribution percentages of each game type toward meeting wagering requirements. Live casino games and sports bets may contribute differently from slots.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per registered Account, per household, and per IP address.
• Planet4D reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where reasonably practicable, advance notice will be provided.

All bets placed on the Planet4D Platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets (including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UFC, and other events), crash games, or any other product — are subject to the rules applicable to that specific game or market.

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• Planet4D reserves the right to void bets where there has been an obvious pricing error, technical malfunction, or where the outcome is known at the time the bet is placed.
• Sports bets are settled in accordance with official event results from the relevant governing body. Where a result is disputed or abandoned, Planet4D's settlement decisions are guided by its published sports rules.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed in the applicable game or market interface. Planet4D reserves the right to adjust stake limits at its discretion without prior notice.
• Any winnings credited to your Account as a result of a technical error or system malfunction will be considered void and may be reclaimed by Planet4D.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Planet4D Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms. Planet4D reserves the right to take any and all necessary action — including Account suspension, fund forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement — upon detection of any prohibited activity:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration details, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your identity or age;
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds connected to criminal activity or for the purpose of disguising the origin of funds;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other multi-player game;
• Use of Automated Software: Employing bots, scripts, AI-assisted wagering tools, or any automated decision-making system to place bets;
• Chargebacks: Filing unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider in respect of legitimate Planet4D transactions;
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or using more than one Account whether in your own name or using different identities;
• Abuse of Technical Errors: Intentionally exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or game malfunctions for financial gain;
• Unlawful Activity: Using the Platform for any activity that violates applicable Malaysian or international law.

Planet4D is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. Gambling should be enjoyable and conducted strictly within personal financial means. We provide the following tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that can be set or reduced at any time via your Account dashboard. Increases to limits are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configurable session duration alerts to remind you how long you have been playing.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which you cannot log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: A formal self-exclusion that disables your Account for a minimum period of six months, with the option to extend indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

All content on the Planet4D Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, game titles, user interface designs, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of Planet4D or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, modified, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of Planet4D.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Planet4D's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

Planet4D shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage;
• Service interruptions, server downtime, or technical failures beyond Planet4D's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials;
• Actions of third-party payment providers or telecommunications networks.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Planet4D's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by its own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Planet4D collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

Planet4D employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions and maintains strict internal data access controls. Your personal data is never sold to third parties. Planet4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity;
• Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormancy policy — see below).

An Account is considered dormant if there has been no log-in activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. Planet4D will notify you by email before applying a dormancy administration fee of RM 10 per month to the Account Balance, provided the Balance exceeds RM 10. Where the Balance falls to zero, the Account will be closed. To reactivate a dormant Account, contact support.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting Planet4D's customer support team. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of all applicable checks, provided no outstanding wagering obligations exist.

Planet4D reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Planet4D will endeavour to provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Minor changes (including typographical corrections, clarifications, or non-material updates) may be made without prior notice.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

In the event of a complaint or dispute arising from your use of the Planet4D Platform, you should first contact our customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Planet4D aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

If you are not satisfied with Planet4D's response to your complaint, you may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution process applicable under the Platform's licensing framework. Details of the escalation procedure are available upon request from our customer support team.

Planet4D's decisions on all matters relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, and technical issues are final, subject to manifest error. Evidence of manifest error must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the relevant event.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Planet4D holds its operating licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through Planet4D's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

Players accessing the Platform from Malaysia do so of their own volition and are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local laws. Planet4D makes no representation that the services offered on the Platform are lawful or available in any particular jurisdiction outside those served by its licence.
